Jamie Ihaksi

Hello!

I work as a humanities teacher at a middle school in Kelowna, BC. I am a Union representative at the school and coach the Ultimate Frisbee team as well. Leadership has always been interesting to me, and an important part of leadership is transparency. An effective leader should have nothing to hide, and using the best evidence and data they can to make decisions is one way to ensure they are doing their best to move an organization in the right direction. I am looking forward to this course to learn how data can improve a leader's ability to improve the schools they work for.
