Lyn Johnson

Lyn Johnson began her career in education. Lyn is passionate about developing leaders, directing resources to worthwhile initiatives, and seeing people fulfill their potential. She then transitioned to direct sales and was a Creative Memories consultant for 21 years, leading a team of about 2,000 independent consultants situated in North America. Her passion for developing people, her gift of equipping and encouraging, and her entrepreneurial skills are key elements in her success.
Lyn co-founded The Institute for Innovation, Integration & Impact with Brett. She teaches many of the Institute’s courses and has consulted to organizations from start-ups to established corporations on issues of purpose and alignment. She travels regularly to consult with business leaders internationally. Hospitality is one of Lyn’s other passions and their home is always full of guests.
