Layéida “Lay” Hughes is an award-winning speaker, facilitator, and corporate learning leader helping to transform individuals by way of self-development coaching. A dynamic and inspiring presenter, Lay is celebrated as a passionate people leader with an accomplished history in providing foundational principles that steer people to proven success. Coupled with degrees in Psychology and Theology, along with her life experiences, Lay has a fresh perspective to offer. Lay has received many prestigious honors from a number of organizations as well as a host of network and social groups for her service to the community.

Lay is a devoted wife to Daniel, her husband of over 10 years. Together, they are the proud parents of two children and have made their home on the East Coast.
