Ihuoma is a communications professional, a writer, and editor, currently living in Lagos, Nigeria.

At present, she is the Records Management Coordinator for West and Central Africa at multinational FMCG Company, British American Tobacco, where she also previously occupied the roles of Corporate Affairs Executive, and later on Operations Communication Officer, British American Tobacco Nigeria.

In 2014, while an undergraduate at the University of Nigeria Nsukka, she, along side a team of others, co-authored the book "Rise Up and Walk: An Attempt at a Holistic Students’ Empowerment", which was a project initiated to bring the best out of the ordinary student.

A member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Ihuoma is also a United National Online Volunteer, and has at multiple times, volunteered at both national CSR and multinational Sustainability and ESG events.

Her interests range from food to arts. She is also a lover of DIYs, photography, and technology.
