Ijana Nathaniel is the mother of two amazing children- Nia and her son, Jeremiah, who allows her to hold the title, "Basketball Mom". When she's not taking selfies with Nia or cheering Jeremiah on at one of his basketball games, she is working diligently in her community. She loves working with her students, networking, creating opportunities and helping others follow their dreams and passions.

Ijana holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Nyack College. Her areas expertise are curriculum design, workshop implementation, panel discussion, mentoring and public speaking.

In 2010, Ijana became the Founder and President of Dare 2 Dream Leaders Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit youth organization based in Brooklyn, NY, serving Middle School and High School students. The organization provides mentoring and educational programs to help youth gain financial, career and entrepreneurial skills. The organization hosts a free annual youth summit for over one hundred Middle and High School students residing in New York City, exposing them to corporate sponsors and business professionals, connecting them to resources and affording them network opportunities with their peers. They also enjoy a great time with the invited entertainment.

Ijana is also a Self Published Author with her work book: Dare 2 Dream Leaders Inc., Present Beyond Career Day: A Success Guide for Middle School Youth.
