I am an experienced IT technician and Help/ Service Desk Analyst looking for a new opportunity.

Along with having 7 years of technical experience, I also have over 15 years of customer service and call center experience combined. I am CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified. I was Apple ACMT certified from 2012 to 2013. I have also obtained Lenovo Computer Warranty and Lexmark Printer certifications.

I recently graduated from in June 2016 with an A.A.S degree in Music Recording Technology and will be starting school at CUNY New York City School of Technology to obtain a BTech degree in Computer Systems Technology. In the past I have also obtained an A.A degree in Liberal Arts / Media Studies at , a certification in Audio Engineering at the Institute for Audio Research and obtained my and Network+ certifications through PerScholas Institute of Technology. Through my education, I have learned many skills that relate to working in technology, such as soldering to transistor boards and creation, termination and crimping of 5, 5e and 6 cables, musical instrument and A/V cables. I have also learned basic electronics and how to read schematics.

My on-the-job experience has given me a well-rounded skill set including communication and interaction with clients,active listening, analytical and problem solving skills and staff motivation, which are very important to me in this field of work.

In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I have a passion for helping people.
