Question: Insurance, and other sources of help?

My last cancer screening came up positive, which means I have to fight the beast again. I currently don't have health insurance, but have been actively looking for insurance the last few years. Since I have a pre-existing conditions most premiums are way out of my price range, and the one's that are do not cover any of my treatments. Does anyone know of an affordable health insurance provider? Also does anyone know where I can get help with my medical expenses? I'm doing this on my own, so any kind of help would be appreciated.
