Ike Kaveladze

Vice President of Crocus Group since 2004, Ike Kaveladze oversees a global business portfolio that includes large retail ventures as well as commercial and residential real estate projects. In addition to maintaining responsibility for the company’s regional development and tax planning, he assists in its investment structuring and is an important part of the channeling of its foreign investments. Mr. Kaveladze’s current projects include the ongoing development of TVOY DOM, a Russian 24-hour superstore. Ike Kaveladze also serves as the developer for projects in Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg, Russia, and recently completed a project in Voronezh, Russia. He is also participating in construction at Russia’s Far Eastern Federal University. Ike Kaveladze attended the Moscow Academy of Finance for his undergraduate studies and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Haven in Connecticut. As a professional with important relationships in two nations, Ike Kaveladze maintains membership in the America-Georgia Business Council and the U.S.-Russia Business Council. He is also a member of the Georgian Association in the United States of America, Inc. Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Kaveladze assists the Moscow Regional School for Blind Children as a volunteer and provides financial support to micro-finance cooperative Kiva.org and the Save the Children Federation, Inc.
