I am a global citizen who is fortunate that my work intersects seamlessly with my passion to build communities and social structures that work for all. What does that really mean? I get really excited about telling stories, hearing stories and collecting stories of how people see themselves and others around them.

Living in Canada's largest and most diverse city leads to some really interesting observations and experiences of how community works and ought to work. I spend a lot of time reading and writing about the conversations that people engage in to build better bridges within and across communities. One of my favorite questions is "How does that make things better?"
