Welcome, I'm Ikenna Nwokolo. I've always been passionate about the potential inherent in people less fortunate than us. That's why I founded Builders and Growers (BAG) Initiative to give orphans and vulnerable children the power to fulfill their potentials.
BAG initiative models a five-pillar approach to education, which includes academics, vocational education, entrepreneurial education, discipleship training and social enterprises. With this approach, orphans are equipped with tools to overcome poverty, become competent leaders and be global change makers.
Prior to founding BAG Initiative, I volunteered to teach orphans at Cornerstone Academy, the school arm of Gidan Bege orphanage home of ECWA/EMS in Plateau State.
I'm also a passionate Mathematics tutor who has promoted the love of Mathematics among teens through group and private tutoring for the last three years.
When not at work, I enjoy listening to inspiring messages, following up on successful people and having a good meal.
