I see myself as someone that drives the creative aspects of the functional and the design for a project and typically I took some sets of requirements, generate and engaging ideas, wireframe or sketch something out of it, then turn it out to be a prototypes, and then lead the development team to build it.

I might say that this is a leadership role, where I have to be the driver in the earlier phases of a project, but also good to be passive to follow the lead of engineers, marketers or project manager.
