I am a personal trainer who was 50 lb overweight, sedentary and hopeless for most of my life. I had always admired the athletes who ran marathons, but never really understood how they were able to do it. Now I know, because I am currently training for a marathon. Let me tell you, It takes a great deal of training, hard work and discipline. For many years, I battled weight issues without much success. Then I met a personal trainer who said “I can help you lose the weight and be healthier and happier.” I followed his advice and training plan and saw an amazing transformation take place. That year it was all about ME. I changed my diet, changed my attitude and started weight training. In less than one year I was 50 lbs. lighter and much healthier and happier. My transformation had a huge impact on all the people who knew me. They started to come to me for advice. It was then that I realized that the only thing I enjoyed more than changing my life is helping other people to change their lives!!! I decided to become a personal trainer. I went to school, become certified and started sharing my knowledge with others. Now it’s all about YOU, I am here to tell you that weight training and sound nutrition can take you to your goal weight, make you fit, healthy and improve the quality of your daily lives.
