Iliana Franco Alvarenga

I am a Guarani - Spanish - English Translator, Copyeditor, and Cultural Consultant. My interests range from reading to writing. I am also interested in arts, education, and travel.

I’ve been involved in several Linguistics research groups and projects related to indigenous languages. Currently, I am specializing in Guarani language variants and other indigenous languages from Paraguay and Argentina. Also, I am volunteering for Nivačle indigenous community, working with its leaders in the community's literacy acquisition process.
