Ilise Ratner
Ilise is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and is able to work independently with little or no supervision - equally as she is leading team members. She is exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting diverse people and programs. Ilise is adept at assessing the dynamics of complex situations. Her ability to service the client and evaluate business needs is keen. With a Masters degree in Intercultural Relations and having traveled and lived abroad, she has the ability to interact with people from all backgrounds and (at all levels). Her last large project Ilise relocated 4300 employees for the Bank of America in NYC. It was a fast paced environment often under intense pressure. She remained flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient. She exudes a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, as well, is comfortable in a highly visible role. Ilise is top tier with written and verbal communication skils, strong decision making ability and attention to detail, as one can imagine.
Ilise speaks Spanish and is the Treasurer for the International Coach Federation - New York City Chapter.
