Heartstrings Express

We are a support group for family, children, friends and visitors of those residing in Illinois correctional centers. The goals and visions are to provide transportation and social services resources for children, friends and families of those visiting their loved ones. Keeping families connected until their loved one are reunited to the family unit. Regular visits to say I love U, up close and often.
