When there is a power outage or a breakdown in the lighting of our Community of Owners we are not left in the dark thanks to the emergency lights.
All buildings must have emergency lighting capable of providing sufficient illumination for the neighbors to have the visibility they need to enter or leave the building. It should also allow people to see without difficulty the signs on the building indicating emergency exits and protective equipment.
