I’m a finance leader with 15+ years of experience supporting marketing, agency, and client operations through strategic financial management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. I specialize in helping teams understand the story behind the numbers—turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter business and marketing investments.

Currently, I serve as a Client Finance Director at Weber Shandwick, where I lead revenue management for multimillion-dollar accounts, streamline operational and financial processes, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders. I oversee MSAs, scopes of work, staffing plans, change orders, WIP and billing accuracy, as well as cross-office financial coordination. I also mentor analysts and enhance team workflows to support stronger financial performance.

Before moving into director-level leadership, I worked as a Senior Client Finance Manager at Weber Shandwick and previously as a Senior Client Finance Analyst at RAPP, where I managed $15M+ in annual revenue across multiple industries. In these roles, I developed budgeting frameworks, improved forecasting accuracy, identified financial risks, and partnered with account teams on pricing, scoping, and performance reporting.

My career began in the automotive industry, with analytical roles at Jaguar Land Rover and Honda Motors. These early experiences strengthened my foundation in reporting, forecasting, and KPI analysis and shaped my ability to communicate financial insights clearly and effectively.
