National coordinator and co-founder of Stati Generali delle Donne, a multistakeholder association devoted to collecting and sharing experiences on women empowerment, innovation and lobbying for the adoption of innovative regulations at the national level.

In this role she has been involved in Italian and European working groups on women's work and on businesses of women, access to credit, the specificity of women's work.

Over the past 25 years she has supported companies to be born and to grow stronger as a chartered accountant.

She also has supported the Public Administrations in promoting active policies and positive actions for women and youth by promoting gender equality and gender mainstreaming in their organizational, economic and technological context.

Volunteer activities towards male violence against women.

Many of her activities have been performed by teamwork and in collaboration with heterogeneous groups.
