Imanol Mondragon

I am Imanol Mondragon a former English Studies student and future English-language educator. I am 22 and come from the city of Palencia, which is located in Northern Spain, in the Autonomous Community of Castile-Leon.

I chose to study English due to my passion for the Anglo-Saxon countries and their culture, but this can be extended to all countries abroad as well. I firmly believe that a foreign language does not only allow you to work and travel, but also to dive into their unique culture and lifestyle, showing the learner a glimpse of the diversity humanity has.

I have studied in Valladolid for the last 5 years, with the exception of the course 2015/2016 in which I was an Erasmus + Student in the Katolische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. That year helped me improve my communication skills and learn about countless countries from some wonderful people.

I consider myself as hard-working, responsible, and resolute, yet I am a bit shy and so I have slight trouble communicating with people I have just been introduced to. I love reading and watching TV series and movies in English and Spanish. I do also practice sports, my favorite being Frontenis.
