I proudly began my career in the Library field, interning in different public and private organizations. In 2006 I took a full-time position as an archivist for the Spanish Mint House, where I worked in digitizing and describing the central archive. One year later, I was awarded a Fulbright-MEC Scholarship to study a Masters’ degree in the US.
After graduating from Rutgers University I combined my Teaching Assistant role with a full-time position at Johnson & Johnson Global Procurement in New Brunswick (NJ).
I am currently working at Johnson & Johnson Health Care Compliance supporting EMEA Strategy & Operations organisation.
I am a self-started person with excellent collaborative skills. I have ample experience working on cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects globally. Continuously delivering outstanding business results through building collaborative relationships, using exceptional networking and project management skills.
My professional interests include program management, training and education, event coordination, process development, internal communications and community-building success. I thrive to make ideas happen!
My aspiration is to become a LINCHPIN.
