Isabel holds a B.Sc. in Systems Engineering, a post-degree in Project Management and an MBA. She has been acting as a consultant, coach and trainer for the PM community applying her Software, PM and PMO knowledge in the financial, communications and High-Tech industry.

She brings innovative approaches to solving common project management problems. With over 15 years of managing portfolios of complex systems integration, software development and Information Technology projects, she is very familiar with the challenges in project management from being a PM herself to creating, planning and deploying PMOs and processes.

She has successfully deliver top-notch project management solutions in the R&D and technology fields. Isabel has held positions in the banking, insurance, telecommunications and high tech industries.
