Prior to Spleet, Michael worked as a Software Engineer at Andela Nigeria, a company founded on a single truth that “brilliance is evenly distributed but opportunity is not”.
At Andela, Michael helps in powering the distributed software engineering teams of Andela’s partners, building internal tools to aid the Andela business processes, and mentoring Andela potential tech talents.
Shortly before his graduation at the University of Ibadan, Michael Co-founded a platform called edeyhappen which aims to bring events happening around closer to people around; A platform that may someday change the way we look at events.
Michael is very passionate about charity and human rights, especially in the area of education and he is currently volunteering with the United Nations where he assists various United Nations organizations by providing some specific technical services that ultimately help in their moving the organization closer towards achieving their goals.
Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Ibadan. He loves adventure, travel, and reading various kinds of books.
