I am Ian.

Recently stepping down from a 35 year career as an emergency department nurse.

I used to run an online nursing community called The Nurse Path (theNursePath.com) with over 100,000 facebook followers.

But everything changes, and now I write a simple blog at shojiwax.com that a handful of (only the best) people read. And I try to limit my SoMe consumption, because it makes me happier.

So. I am a writer, coffee lover, and I spend some of my time trying to figure out what is so zen about zen.
