Immanuel Masinsin
Graduating from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and a minor in Political Science. He was appointed as the acting coordinator for Gawad Kalinga Community Development Foundation within the Southeast region of the United States, organizing events, mobilizing volunteers and advocating the NGO to businesses and colleges alike. At his final year of college he was hired by Bank of America to work as a Business Analyst for the Global Wealth and Investment Management group working in infrastructure marketing and analysis with the company’s top executives, working in the mix and climbing the ranks for several years. At the turn of the economic down-turn, he took a sabbatical to explore the reality of his advocacies in the Asia Pacific region. This journey would eventually lead him to realize how social enterprises can play a crucial role and where ultimately his volunteering strength of character and profound corporate experience would collide and evolve into the social entrepreneurial spirit.
