Karolina Lada

My name is Karolina and I am the creative forced behind impressus.

I print small runs of greeting cards for any occasion, prints, gift tags, and other paper goods, including personalized business cards and stationery for businesses and individuals alike. I also really enjoy working with clients on custom orders.

I work with metal type, wood type and photopolymer plates. Each item is printed by me on my Golding Pearl Improved No.11. The Golding presses were manufactured in Boston in the early 1900s and it is an honour to have such beautiful antique in my studio.

I use 100% cotton papers and rubber-based inks. I also like experimenting with different textures, including wood veneer and fabric.
