• Managing Compliances of Monthly Payroll processing, Leave Encashment, Payment of Bonus, Commission Payments to Sales Department , Promotion and Special Increments, Full & Final Settlement of employees for all group locations as per company policy, Employees Advances and Loans Applications, and arrangement of all others queries related to Payroll, Managing compliances and queries to Govt. Departments, as well as other safety /regulatory compliance matters and to ensure projects and sites are in compliance with prevailing laws.
• Managing accounts / receivable / payables payments of assigned group locationsin ERP. Supervision of payment advices, banks & customers reconciliations, prepayment amortization entries etc.
• Looking after the issues related to employees Health Insurance, Life Insurance Claims, Employees Old Age Benefit Institution (EOBI), keeping liaison with management and lawyers for follow up of cases/hearing in connection to Social Security, Employees Old Age Benefits, etc.
• Managing compliances to meet timelines and queries related to Environment Protection Authority - Govt. Of Punjab for all GROUP locations / obtaining NOC from EPA to complete legal obligations.
• Managing / Implementing Fixed Assets Module procedures to the assigned locationsfor the Treet Group.
• Group LevelController for Employee Expenses Limits Module Management.
• Managing matters related to internal & external audits of assigned group companies of Treet Group.
• Managing Group Employee Insurances and employees compensations insurances [pay continuation, funds, gratuity insurances etc ] for all entities of Treet Group.
• Head of Group Level General Insurances Department, aspects related to Insurances Renewals, Insurance Claims ,Misc. Endorsements [ liason with bankers], looking after matters relating to Insurance Claims General & Motor Insurance Policies ,Plant & Machinery, Stocks, Machinery Break Downs, Etc
• Any Other duty assigned by the Senior Management of the Company.
