My greatest accomplishment was the two devices I built in the 90's that spoke for two children.
I have been building electric vehicles since 2006 and has been an amazing journey so far. In addition to the racing and world records, I got to meet and talk with Buzz Aldrin, Steve Wozniak, Jay Leno, the Marvel Studios special effects team, had a TV series, been in a movie with a Hollywood premier at the Egyptian theater, get invited to a few Hollywood events with great music and art, got to see some of the Mars Curiosity prototypes at Caltech, and a lot of other very cool, sometime nerdy things. I have a shop / lab and life is good.
I got to build my dream car in my garage and then have it on display on the main floor of the Detroit Auto Show as part of the X-Prize group. Now I'm working on a 101 year car for Jay Leno. How cool is that?

Mom was a beatnik, a hippy, and a freedom fighter. I often literally don't notice race. It doesn't matter to me. This is a side effect of some of my Sheldon instant pattern match qualities Friend / Foe, Attracted to / Not Attracted to, shared interest / no shared interest. I often say "Best hippy mom ever" after I tell people my middle name, she was definitely a special woman.
