Former Lieutenant in the IDF elite intelligence 8200 unit. Served as General Counsel to several start-ups and leading Israeli hi-tech companies.

Took leading roles for the past 20 years in the flourishing Israeli Hi-Tech sector, also known as the Start-Up Nation. Founded a series of programs for innovators: the 8200 Entrepreneurship and Innovation Support Program, Israel’s first start-up accelerator and GAMMADO, a tech talent incubator. Led the Strategic Partnerships for Start-Up Nation Central and currently co- CEO of Synthesis.

I am now writting a book which analyzes how Israeli culture breeds entrepreneurship at a very young age.
