Inception Academy is a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) of Redefine Dimensions Convergence Pvt. Ltd. (RDCPL), a provider of professional and corporate training solutions to leading businesses and corporations in the country.

RDCPL is a Delhi-based organisation and was established by a group of IT professionals with global experience in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). They left their high profile jobs in leading companies and set up RDCPL. They also set up Inception Academy with a primary objective of societal development. Through this academy, RDCPL is trying to bridge the gap between academe and leading industries.
