Our chemical storage tanks are manufactured by a unique process known as spiral winding. The spiral tank process involves extruding a special engineering grade (PE 100) of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP) into a strip and then winding it spirally and continuously over a rotating mandrel to form a homogeneous, seamless shell. The thickness of the tanks is designed considering capacity of tanks, density & temperature of the liquid to be stored in tanks.
