Beverly Fast Sinclair
Born in Dallas & raised in Ft. Worth, I received my Bachelors in Music Ed & Master of Music from Texas University. I did further graduate work & received a Ph.D. from Texas Tech University, where I also taught music theory, piano and voice. I have been inducted in the International "Who's Who" in music. I sang professionally in contemporary Christian groups & choirs. I was a junior high choir director & was on faculty at Butler University & University of Indianapolis, teaching music. My husband Charles & I moved to Indy in 1989. I received my RE license in 1991, &. began my career at A.H.M. Graves Real Estate, where I was "Rookie of the Year." In 1994, I moved to Century 21. I was a 7-time Centurion, and achieved the "Hall of Fame" award. In my career, I've sold over 1,000 homes. Currently, I'm a proud owner of the first Keller Williams Franchise in central Indiana. In January 2004, we opened the Indianapolis Metro North with 12 agents, & have grown to over 90 agents (2011.) I also have ownership in the Indianapolis Metro Northeast and Lafayette offices as well. I love Keller Williams and the corporate culture. We work for a "win-win" in all of our dealings, & our office is a positive, upbeat place to work. We are an open books company, & the top 20% of agents are our board of directors for the office, making important business decisions for the office. . I am grateful to be part of such a dynamic, life-changing company! I have my CRS & GRI designations, & am a graduate of the Real Estate Academy of Leadership. I have a beautiful daughter, Caitlin, who is 10 years old, and two Morkie puppies, Hot Dog and CoCo. I took karate, and obtained my 3nd degree black belt in 2009.
