I am passionate about technology, data science and solving big puzzles. As a trained economist and product manager, I love combining data-driven insights with a user-friendly experience to create products and develop new markets.
I spent time in investment banking in Singapore and Frankfurt that sparked my interest in financial modeling, I worked for the United Nations in Geneva, Paris and South Africa, where I started to learn about smallholder farming, before discovering my passion for software and technology.
After completing my dissertation at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich and Stanford, I joined a startup company in San Francisco with about 70 employees that has taken me on an amazing journey from its first day and allowed me to grow in my role as a product manager.
I love the manifold facets of product management: understanding your users’ problems, working with developers and designers to create software, defining product strategy and measuring performance to track progress on a company’s journey discovering its product-market-fit, facilitating the flow of communication across the organization.
I am passionate about agriculture, smallholder farmers and the challenges climate change poses to our society. I am interested in brainstorming and spreading ideas on how technology could be used to sustainably impact the livelihoods of smallholders.
When I am not working, I practice yoga or can be found racing my bike up Kings Mountain road to grab coffee in Half Moon Bay.
