My name is Sara creator of the website, Inflamed & Untamed. I'm a patient advocate writer, speaker, educator, consultant, and YouTube creator!

I share my story as a person living with a rare motility disease called Chronic Intestinal Pseudo Obstruction who has gastrointestinal failure and survives and thrives on intravenous nutrition called TPN. I also have Crohn's disease and a J-pouch. That’s right, I don’t have a colon. No colon, no problem is what I always say. Actually I don’t. I’ve never said that before in my life, but it sounds fun!
