Asha runs a support group for Mums whose children self harm. The group can be found at

She believes that Mums need a confidential space to talk and is happy to share from her own experience.

Since Asha is a Christian, she also shares her faith in Jesus Christ, the risen Lord and Saviour who is able to heal all wounds - emotional and physical.
