I am the founder of Kai-Zen Solutions LLC. Also an author and speaker of "Kai-Zen: Breathing Life Into Leadership". These positions of opportunity allow me to work with some amazingly talented leaders.

I genuinely have a love for people in wanting to see them succeed in their businesses, organizations and giffted areas. Life always presents continual growth and is an exciting adventure to me. I'm also an animal whisperer, sometimes a chef, an unfortunate Trader Joes fan because where I live doesn't have one yet, lover of nature, song writer and singer. I'm a personal investor in the 'Bank on Yourself' philosophy.

I grew up outside of Minneapolis in a great recreational community. Since, l've lived in Michigan, Florida, Colorado, and Minnesota, travelling frequently for business and pleasure to many places.
