At heart, I'm a technologist, but I specialize in making technology improve the way the organization's mission is accomplished. I have a knack for debugging systems due to my background in software development, my knowledge of hardware design, and an overarching need to know how something works. Many of the products I evaluated and purchased from small startups were later acquired by the leaders of the industry (Neoteris>Netscreen>Juniper, VMware>EMC, KACE>Dell, etc...), showing that I have a great track record in choosing new technologies ahead of the curve.
