Ingrid Rodriguez is a classically-trained, lyric Soprano, and has a long-standing musical relationship with her hometown of Indianapolis, IN. She got her start in singing at the tender age of 10 as a member of the Indianapolis Children's Choir. At 19, she became a serious opera student at Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music. At Jacobs, Ingrid studied under the tutelage of opera legend, Teresa Kubiak. While at IU, she was also a member of the Grammy Award-nominated Singing Hoosiers for 3 years, whom she performed with all over the United States.

Today, Ingrid works with the Indianapolis Opera Chorus, as well as Classical Music Indy- a non-for-profit dedicated to bringing classical music performance to underserved populations in Indianapolis. She also has a deep love for Broadway showstoppers, and performs her own cabaret shows whenever she can. Most recently, Ingrid released her debut album, "Opera Meets Broadway", available for purchase here.
