Ingrid Myers
Ingrid Myers is a career business strategist and change management professional with expertise in Business and Information Technology strategy. With her diverse background and broad experiences in the core areas of an enterprise value chain, she has advanced to key leadership roles with a unique combination of skills enabling her to develop vision and strategy while retaining the wherewithal to execute accelerated change across organizations.
Ms. Myers is a highly effective organizational solution architect with subject matter expertise in customer engagement, sales operations, supply chain, portfolio and product management, and other core business functions.
Ingrid has extensive experience in management of complex business integration projects including CRM implementations, strategic federation of non-integrated acquisition, and the implementation of a global electronic fulfillment strategy which increased revenue recognition of $750M in less than 9 months. She is presently the IT strategy lead for Essilor’s largest new growth initiative for its core customer base.
Despite unique industry, systems, and regulatory requirements, Ingrid has successfully designed and optimized business processes and developed solutions in the healthcare, technology, telecommunications, retail, insurance, pharmaceutical, and professional services vertical markets.
Ms. Myers was a recipient of the United States Achievement Academy Collegial Award for distinguished academics, citizenship, leadership, attitude, and dependability. She is a member and leader of an independent virtual think tank.
Ingrid is in the final stages of completing her PhD in Business, Organization Management with a Specialization in Leadership. She holds a Master’s of Business, in Organization Management from the University of Phoenix, a Master’s in Project Management from Villanova University, and Bachelor’s from Indiana University, Bloomington.
