I’m an experienced Language Specialist – Portuguese (Brazil), English and Dutch and have mainly specialized in Language Trainings.

Having been brought up between Brazil and The Netherlands, I’ve always had deep interest in the study of languages, literature and cultures. Therefore, in 2007, I graduated Portuguese and English Language, Literature and Culture (BA) at the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in São Paulo, Brazil. Later, in 2008, I further specialized in the English language by taking a Master degree in American Studies at the Radboud Universiteit in Nijmegen, The Netherlands.

In São Paulo I’ve had the opportunity to teach both English and Portuguese at several language institutes and in-company training. This provided me with the chance to work with different methods and pedagogical techniques through which I was able to build my professional experience as a language teacher. And, since 2009 I've been working as a language coach – English, Dutch and Portuguese (Brazil) - in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

By making use of up-to-date methodologies, language games, audio-visual material and a tiny bit of good old Dutch ‘gezelligheid’, I try to make my classes not only instructive and efficient, but also relaxed and enjoyable!
