Dave is a dynamic brand management consultant, marketing strategist, and founder of the U & I Foundation—an organization dedicated to empowering brands, SMEs, youths, and communities through practical impact and strategic support.
With a Master’s degree in Marketing Communications from Pan-Atlantic University and a track record of driving growth and brand performance across sectors, David combines sharp creative instincts with business acumen. His expertise spans strategic brand development (identity systems, campaigns, and experiential marketing), digital solutions (UX/UI, websites, and app interfaces), and results-driven PR and communication strategies. He also offers impact-focused consulting across business, educational, and social sectors—ensuring alignment between brand purpose and performance.
A former Brand Blueprint Competition winner at the Executive Leadership Academy, David is an imminent member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) and the Institute of Public Relations. He is also proudly affiliated with the prestigious King’s College Old Boys Association (KCOBA).
David began his career as an Art Director and Group Team Lead at Advertising and Promotions Limited, co-leading the successful re-election communications for a state government in 2009. He later joined Saatchi & Saatchi (SO & U), where he played a critical role in shaping PR and marketing communications for Southern Sun Ikoyi, 3AL, and Access Bank. At Fountain Springs Interlinks Ltd, David functioned in multiple roles including Head of Marketing, Head of Production, and Business Strategist, helping the company achieve over 55% growth in sales and 80% staff retention.
In 2019, he joined IMS Immersion, a full-service integrated marketing agency, where he advanced brand experiences for major players like Dangote Flour, Power Horse, Dorchester, and Legend Stout. At Investment One Financial Services (IOFS)—formerly GTB Asset Management and a GTCO Plc legacy brand—David served in many roles, including Group Brand Developer, leading digital strategy across multiple subsidiaries.
He is a passionate voice on leadership, transformation, and personal mastery. David currently consults with local and multinational organisations to develop brands that resonate, convert, & impact.
