Iñigo Picaza

After recently graduating from a 5 year masters degree in Business Management and Marketing in Bilbao (Spain) and studying one semester abroad in Helsinki (Finland), I interned for six months as Events Manager in a growing startup in London and I recently joined one of the main events agencies in NYC.

Being a volunteer is an important part in my life. I've been part of solidarity groups for the past 9 years, helping in different projects in my city (looking after immigrant kids, taking care of the elderly and raising funds for charity projects). In 2013, I spent my summer as Teacher Assistant in a kindergarten school in Guatemala, one of the best experiences in my life.

I'm passionate about Marketing, Advertising, Events and Brand Management. I'm especially interested in Social Marketing, I'd love to work for (and create) powerful brands that aim for the greater good of a community.

In the next years, I want to live different experiences and work for disruptive companies while I travel and learn about new people and their cultures, so I can one day start my own project and help people all over the world.

I love learning a new thing everyday. I self-taught myself basic video and graphic design and I recently started my own blog. Learning how to code also sounds interesting. And challenging.
