I am manufacturing cookware handles which are made of phenolic moulding compound(bakelite) with injection moulding machines. My monthly consumption is around 30-40 tonnes. It will be higher within three months. So, I am looking for producing it. I think I can use phenol-formaldehyde resin which the reaction has already done for cross-linking.After that I need to know how the final product is obtained step by step?
