I am Positive and energetic, results-oriented marketing professional with Masters degree and more than nine years of wide-ranging experience executing measurable marketing campaigns, leading multicultural team and succeeding in global matrix organization for mining/ process industry companies.

I am RYT 200 certified Yoga teacher with strong practice in Vinyasa. In addition to Flow, I have been teaching Hot, Hatha and Yin in China, Finland and Costa Rica. I have deep interest in chakras and I am Reiki 1 level healer. For me, Yoga is way of life to be cultivated in all aspects.

I am on a journey through life: to discover, to explore, to learn, to love, to laugh and to live.
