Being Deaf is being a part of a minority that is often forgotten, a "blind" minority. Exposing the Deaf minority to the world for a chance to be further understood of our story, history, culture, social norms. Just having a Deaf identity, there is no exclusion for me for others in this world that expresses diversity. People of color, genderqueers, and however else there are in the world, this is for you too.
