View my photos

Inna is a London-based KPJAYI Authorised Astanga yoga teacher. With a background in anthropology and media, and a stint in PR, she swiftly chose to trade her desk for a yoga mat, and study yoga at its source.

She practices daily and assists Hamish Hendry at Astanga Yoga London, makes regular trips to India, and loves cycling across London.

Rolf Naujokat, Norman Blair, John Scott and Gingi Lee have all been sources of inspiration and guidance.

Inna is fascinated by yoga in all its forms, its effects, and the intricate links between physical and mental well-being. She loves helping and watching students develop, and believes yoga is a lifelong learning process: a dedicated, regular –and yet fun- practice can only bring forth increased energy and happiness.
