Izzy La Vague the South African House Music Prodigy Dj/Producer.He may be a new found name among many but he is definitely not a stranger to the music industry.His real name is Innocent Teboho Mohoto.Born and raised in the township of Matatiele in KZN.
Izzy La Vague interest and music journey started at the age of 12;where he started joining a kwaito group called GHETTO PATRASH with his friend Hlangabeza Mavimbela along side with his dance teacher Seun.A group developed and won prizes but the best memorable one is the 3rd price they won in a competition that was held in Matatiele Town Hall,for Matatiele Municipality.
In 2OO4 he then participate in Schweppes Sparkling Granadilla Kwaito Fabulous competition,singing to a back up track provided by kwaito superstar and fellow Zola-who was also the host of the show,but Bravo won and released a debut album Skhokho in 2004.
It didn't take long before his interest in djying developed into more than just an interest.He then met up with Sizwe Kaota Sikhonje and the late Dj Peekay Luphalule,where he started playing at small parties,Contest and street bashes!But the love and the inspiration that he has for music made him to learn music production on his own.
2009,he went to gain more experience at Moribo records Dj school in Pretoria(Gauteng Province),where he started being a professional dj that can go abroad world wide and a professional club dj.
The passionate phenomenon known as Izzy La Vague became a resident dj at Coffee Brown Lounge(Durban)where most of the Legends were also resident dj's there.Dj's Like - Dj Christos

During 2010 Fifa World Cup he become a resident dj @North end Stadium Matatiele (Fan park) with Thebe and Kaota.Sharing a stage with the likes of L.vovo,The Late Dj Deep,Smallz,Spikiri,Jakarumba,Lungelo, Andile am nt a dj,The Late Dj Saba Mbixane,Lusanda,Cocoa Nela and Opokid.
2011 Izzy La Vague released his 1st EP called Manhood Celebration at afrodesiamp3 to deliver what manhood is all about in the African traditional way.He also shared his love of music by playing with Andy Compton(UK)at #4 Deep House Session in Tembisa.
2012 he became a resident dj in one of the most rocking club in Pretoria Zanzu Bar and at Cappellos
2015 Izzy La Vague the South African House Music Prodigy released a single entitled "My Mother" on Vialocal recordings (New York). http://www.vialocalrecordings.com/.
