Sophia Inomwan is a firm advocate of the Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs), because she believes that borrowing loosely the words of President Nana Addo
" the SDGs are about the future that we all want; it is not just desirable. It is an indispensable investment for our future the future of our youth and that of our children. We cannot and should not fail them nor ourselves"
She has spoken to over a hundred persons from all over the world such as Nigeria, Kenya, Somalia, et al on the Sustainable Development Goals
She has worked with organizations such as Edo state Activation Team, Connecting Peace Initiative and other organizations in projects on the SDGS such as #zerohunger and #worldsLargestLesson outreach where she educated families in communities on the Global goals and their roles to play to ensure it is achieved
She has spoken to over 250 Students from different University in Nigeria on the Sustainable Development Goals and how to advocate for them by volunteering;
She has also spoken to over 300+ Students on personal branding and how to start creating a viable future for themselves by investing in volunteering experiences that helps them grow.
She is certified by Microsoft and Gapminder Global Facts on the SDGs.
And is currently a member of her University Sustainable Development Desk office, Certified Ambassador, Director of Public Relations for her department, member of executive of Arise Africa, Connective Peace Initiative and Volunteer tribe.
