Inor Latfolla is the Founder & CEO of Face & Body Rx Medical Spa and Head Spa, formerly known as Face & Body Revival Skin Care Clinic. With more than 30 years of experience in the beauty, wellness and spa industries, Inor is a licensed California Medical Aesthetician, Microblading Artist, Spa Director, Business Owner, and Medical Spa Consultant.

Recognized for her expertise in aesthetics, business development, sales leadership, and operational management, Inor has dedicated her career to helping clients look and feel their best while building successful businesses and high-performing teams. Her experience spans luxury spas, medical spas, dermatology practices, plastic surgery offices, and wellness centers, where she has led operations, trained staff, developed treatment programs, increased revenue, and elevated the overall client experience.

As the visionary behind Face & Body Rx, Inor successfully transformed her long-standing aesthetic practice into a comprehensive medical spa and head spa destination. She personally directed every stage of the business’s growth and development, including market research, demographic analysis, site selection, lease negotiations, facility planning, construction management, regulatory compliance, vendor relations, branding, marketing strategy, social media development, and operational implementation.
Beyond her clinical expertise, Inor brings extensive experience in executive leadership, project management, business operations, team development, customer retention, strategic partnerships, sales management, and brand growth. Throughout her career, she has successfully launched new services, implemented business systems, negotiated contracts, trained and mentored staff, and created marketing initiatives designed to drive sustainable growth and long-term client loyalty.

Clinically, Inor specializes in advanced corrective skincare, customized facial treatments, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microblading, scalp and head spa therapies, and advanced skin rejuvenation protocols. She remains committed to continuing education and regularly pursues advanced training to stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, products, and treatment innovations.
