I have decided to teach myself the basics of French Patisserie over the course of the next year or so. I thoroughly enjoy baking, but have never made anything which requires as much precision and concentration as French pastry.

I will be working my way through Christophe Felder’s book PATISSERIE: Mastering the Fundamentals of French Pastry and blogging about everything I make, and the varying results!
