insan fadilah

My full name insan fadilah, many friends called me insan. I was born on 12 november 1991 at the city hospital cirebon PAD. I am an older man first of five brothers. I have one sister and four younger men. My last education level was a pharmacist's assistant and now I am working at PT. Meprofarm Pharmaceutical Industries of Bandung as a quality control (QC). I am also a student and faculty of pharmacy at STFB Bandung.
